I hit my heaviest weight of 250 lbs the end of 2009 going into 2010. In 2010 I used the Akins Diet and the Grapefruit Diet to loose close to 40 lbs but was derailed by my first divorce. In 2016 I began a journey of eating healthier and began eliminating things such as bread and milk from my regular diet. It wasn’t until 2022 that I eliminated peanut butter and other processed foods. It was 2023 when I discovered Keto and Carnivore. I began using these but not strictly like I should have. On 10/21/23 I weighed my lowest of 233 after hitting a new heaviest weight of 260 lbs. I then slowly regained back the weight and hit another heaviest ever weight of 280 lbs in May 2, 2025. This time using a Keto Carnivore diet I was able to drop to 230 on 10/6/2025. Again I let myself regain the weight back. On 1/9/2025 I weighed 271 lbs. I am currently working to get my weight down to my first goal of 240. I hope this time to push it all the way to 200. I swear I will never allow myself to weigh more than 280. This maximum will decrease to 250 once I drop to 230.
